This project was started to develop knowledge on damage mechanisms of gas turbines.
An Access database has been set up to collect data on not expected damages on turbines. Members have been supplying data for the database. We are now looking for opportunities to make the database web-abled, with all respect to safety of data issues. When this is done, we hope to find a broader base of data input so the analysis on non expected damage can be improved.
Right now we are looking for a student in information technolgy to assess, design and set up the web-abled database and website on a new web domain for DGTA. This project can be seen as a 6 months internship or an assessment to graduate. Please contact pieter.peelen@dgta .nl for more information.
