-Centrifugal pumps.

Provide Field Services to Dresser-Rand  and other OEM equipment including auxiliary systems.

Facilitation of Sales for Parts, Rerate, Revamp & New Equipment.

Turnkey installation & Lumpsum Turnaround activities, as well as Residual Lifetime assessments.

Execute specialized Heat treatments & Heat Stability Testing by using a furnace while rotating, for example, a steam turbine rotor.

The Spijkenisse Service Center facility holds ISO-9001, ISO-14001 & VCA certificates and is factory authorized to repair Dresser-Rand, Clark, Ingersoll-Rand, Worthington, Turbodyne, Terry, Coppus, Moore, Murray, Nadrowski & Gimpel nameplate equipment.

Integrated projects in Rotterdam Europoort where the Repair Centre and Field Service operate as one integral unit, which allows full flexibility without internal barriers to support our customers in:

-Major breakdown situations (crew, tooling, repairs including special welding repairs) and trouble shooting.
-Predictive and Preventive maintenance activities.
-Rapid response to increases in scope of work on projects. (breakdowns & turnarounds).
-Additional repairs & parts required to support field service projects (breakdowns & turnarounds).
-Commissioning & (short cycle time) turnkey installation
-Plant turnaround projects on D-R and Non-OEM equipment.
