Working Group Industrial Gas Turbine Users (WIGG)
The Working Group of Industrial Gas Turbine Users is a platform of around 30 users of stationary gas turbines in the Netherlands and Belgium. Purpose of the group is to share experiences - in the broadest sense - on the operational use of the gas turbine.
The group meets twice a year and is chaired and organised by DGTA. The meetings take a morning. In the afternoon a workshop on a specific theme is organised (e.g. damage research, emissions, alternative fuels, controls, CSS and the challenges of the changing gas composition). Experts from the OEM's, government, 3rd party service providers and research institutes are invited to give presentations during these workshops.
